Return Policy

Hullabaloo Ave will issue a refund in the same method of payment as the original purchase* or issue store credit when each of the following conditions has been met:

  • All merchandise should be returned to a Hullabaloo Ave Store within 5 days of purchase. After 5 days, store credit will be given. All store credits have no time limit. (No refunds on Corps items and Event Sales)
  • Returned merchandise must include receipt, original vendor packaging and tags and be in the same condition of which it was received and purchased.
  • All used, worn and washed merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Merchandise not accompanied by a receipt will not be refunded. An exchange or store credit can be issued at a manager’s discretion and at its lowest sale price.
  • All special orders are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Promotional Terms & Conditions: When a promotional item included in the original transaction is not returned, the value of the promotional item will be deducted from the refund amount.

Sorry, we cannot accept returns on used bedding (linens, comforters, pillows, and pillow tops), cut fabric, products from the “As-Is” department, and any customized items.

*A driver’s license or a valid form of ID may be required for identification purposes only. This is mandatory for all returns and exchanges made in store. Information from your ID will be retained in a company-wide database to be used for authorizing and marketing purposes. We reserve the right to refuse a refund without a receipt.

Hullabaloo Ave reserves the right not to accept a return and may require a re-stocking fee
